Power Cone donates 5% of gross revenues to organizations working to reduce suffering and protect the planet. We prioritize fair trade, regenerative, and sustainable ingredients and support local producers.
Organic + Fair Trade Ingredients
We use all natural local dairy, organic fair trade cane sugar, organic fair trade vanilla, and sustainable cocoa.
Local Dairy
We source our all natural dairy locally from Morning Fresh Farms in Bellevue, Colorado. They raise their own cows, grow their own feed, and bottle their own milk.
Milk + Cream
It all starts with pure milk and cream from Morning Fresh Dairy Farm, an all natural, family dairy farm in beautiful Bellevue, Colorado. Fresh, local, and delicious!
Organic Cane Sugar
We use organic, fair trade cane sugar from Itaja. The sugar is IBD Fair Trade Certified, Kosher, and Non-GMO certified. The clean, pure sweetness compliments our flavors without overpowering.
Organic A2/A2 Whole Milk Powder
If there is a “secret” ingredient in out ice cream base, this is it! We use whole milk powder from Alexandre Family Farms, a certified regenerative dairy that produces grass-pastured organic A2/A2 milk. Learn more about Alexandre Family Farms and A2/A2 milk here.
Guar Gum + Soy Lecithin
We use small amounts of guar gum to stabilize our ice cream. Guar gum is a natural stabilizer derived from the seeds of the guar plant. We source our guar gum from Judee’s Gluten Free. We also use small amounts of soy lecithin as an emulsifier. Soy lecithin is a natural emulsifier derived from soy beans. We are committed to learning more about these particular supply chains to ensure ethical sourcing of these ingredients. We welcome your input!
Vanilla + Cocoa
The unfortunate reality is that many vanilla and cocoa supply chains involve the exploitation of children and farmers, who often work under dangerous, unjust conditions for minimal pay. While not perfect, fair trade standards empower farmers and promote ethical, sustainable practices. Supporting fair trade practices allows Power Cone to contribute to a more equitable global supply chain, where workers’ rights are prioritized, and exploitation is actively addressed.

Cocoa – Valrhona, a certified B Corporation, ‘Poudre de Cacao’ Dutched Cocoa Powder.
It is our practice to collaborate with B-Corps whenever possible and we will seek B-Corp certification in the future. Power to the People!
